End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is between you and BumpBond.com LLC and governs your use of our software, applications, website features, and AI-enabled Services.

This EULA is read together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

1. License Grant

Subject to compliance with this EULA and the Terms, we grant a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license for personal, non-commercial use.

2. License Restrictions

You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, bypass security, or use abusive automation against the Services, except where law explicitly permits.

3. Ownership

All rights, title, and interest in the Services and related intellectual property remain with BumpBond.com LLC and licensors.

4. User Responsibilities

You must keep account information accurate, protect credentials, use Services lawfully, and ensure you have rights to submitted content.

5. AI and Informational Disclaimer

AI outputs are informational and supportive only. They are not medical, legal, or professional advice and may be incomplete or inaccurate.

6. Subscription Features

Some features require an active paid subscription. Billing, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are governed by the Terms of Service.

7. Updates

We may provide updates, patches, and changes to improve security, compliance, and functionality.

8. Third-Party Components

Services may include third-party software and infrastructure subject to additional third-party terms.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your license for violations of this EULA, the Terms, or law. Upon termination, you must stop using the Services.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BumpBond.com LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

12. Governing Law and Venue

This EULA is governed by Texas law and applicable U.S. federal law. Subject to mandatory local consumer rights, disputes are resolved in Texas courts.

13. International Use

Services may be used globally. Users are responsible for compliance with local laws. Mandatory local consumer protections remain in effect where required.
