- Sleep Regressions: Around 4 months, babies may experience a sleep regression as their brain matures, leading to a change in sleep cycles.

Dealing With Day/Night Confusion
Newborns often mix up their days and nights. To help them adjust:
- Natural Light Exposure: During daytime naps, keep the room light. In contrast, keep it dark and quiet during nighttime sleep.
- Active Daytime: Engage your baby in play and conversation during the day to build their awareness of daytime being for activity.
